Mr. Breaker does not accept responsibility for manufacturer defects or responsibility for injury caused by products. If a product is defective please refer to our return and refund policy for further instruction.
Product lead times and availability may be subject to change. Products visible in our online store may vary in availability at time of purchase. If a product is no longer available a full refund will be issued.
Mr. Breaker offers credit accounts and accepts all major methods of payment. If you are interested in applying for a credit account please contact us directly for further instructions. If your preferred method of payment isn't available through our online store please contact us directly for assistance.
If a product is shipped to an incorrect address, Jobsite, left unattended after delivery or unsigned for Mr. Breaker accepts no responsibility for stolen, lost, or misplaced items.
If offering materials for sale to Mr. Breaker, pictures and lists are required in order to receive an offer. Payment will be issued after the material has been inspected and approved. Offer prices are subject to change after materials are reviewed. Mr. Breaker will schedule and provide shipping. If items are being shipped via courier, please be sure to package items accordingly as any damaged items will affect the value of the offer.

Return and Refund Policy

Please carefully review our return and refund policy prior to purchase.

Returns requests are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. If the material has a manufacturer defect, returns are accepted up to 90 days of purchase.
Materials returned must be in original packaging, unused and with no signs of damage or ware. Used materials will only be refunded if there is a manufacturer defect. Any items returned with a manufacturer defect will be tested and reviewed at our facility. If the returned item shows no signs of defect a refund may not be issued.
Items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are final sale and non refundable.
If a return is required, or there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us directly at sales@mrbreaker.ca. Please include a detailed explanation for the reason for your return along with the original sales receipt. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Refunds will be issued in your preferred method.
